Wings are set stone to stone with shimmering abalone, turquoise, lapis lazuli, mother-of-pearl and coral. Working in the stone to stone jewelry method is no easy task as each stone and shell has to fit perfectly side by side. Antennea are beautifully worked too. A lovely handmade sterling silver chain unites these stunning insects to a length of approximately 22 1/2". The center dragonfly is about 2 1/2" wide and 2 3/8" long, while the smaller side insects measure approximately 1 3/4" wide and 1 3/4" long. Signed by the artist.
